The steps

1. It is at the top of More.
2. Today is what is due now. Each row says what to do: Navigate to a door, or Call someone back.
3. Why these are here spells out the rules, like a sticky note coming back the next day at a different hour.
4. Overdue is an appointment that passed with no outcome. It keeps the map locked until you tap Log outcome.
5. Upcoming is everything due after today.
6. Policies is clients whose policy is missing, or stuck waiting for approval. More on those next chapter.
7. To set your own, pick a follow-up time when you log an outcome. It is a reminder, and books nothing.
8. It comes back at the time you picked.
9. A booking is different. Choose Scheduled Appointment, and set the time you agreed.
10. It takes its own place in your day, marked Booked by you.
