The steps

1. They are in More: Insights, Scorecard and Leaderboard.
2. Insights opens on four answers: this week, your streak, your pace, and your personal best.
3. Look back one week, or up to twelve.
4. Below are your knocks and sit-downs a day, and which weekday you do best on.
5. Immediate comp is how much of the premium you write becomes commission within two months.
6. Scorecard is what management tracks you on: the same row your manager sees.
7. Every number says what it counts, right under it.
8. Leaderboard shows where you stand, and how far it is to the next place.
9. Switch between today, this week and this month.
10. The board is ranked on immediate comp, with knocks, sit-downs and streaks beside it.
11. And the rules say exactly how it is counted.
